Dear colleague,
It’s my pleasure to present you to the new edition of Impact Online. Following the feedback of our annual Internal Communications survey, we will gradually introduce some new elements to Impact. One request was to learn more about colleagues across divisions, so from now on we will introduce a colleague from each division who started working with us recently, and to hear about their first impressions at Faber Group.
In this issue we would like to introduce you to our Leadership & Talent Development framework, which will give guidance in developing our talent, attracting new talent and ensure our management sets the standard in leadership.
Furthermore, our new Chief Digital Officer, Andrew Berkhout will introduce himself and tell you all about our digitalization efforts and our groupwide portal Poolwise. Another milestone in our digitalization journey I would like to highlight is the partnership we recently engaged in with Bright Technology Ventures. I’m proud we took a share in this organization - we are already familiar with their operating company Connected Load Carrier - but with this step we really partner on a strategic level with a company which has digitalization in its DNA.
I am also very enthusiastic about our newest Sustainability Report. In this report, covering 2023, you can read what the impact of our circular business model is compared to the alternatives. On the same pages, we introduce our new online CO2 calculator for all divisions.
Finally, we have just concluded our annual Leadership Summit. This year's main themes were collaboration, and our ambition as Faber Group for 2030. In the next issue of Impact we will share more about this.
It's June already, so we are getting close to the summer holidays. I would like to wish you some well-deserved time off with your family and friends. Enjoy the read!
Kind regards, Ingrid Faber CEO Faber Group
