Recruitment made easy with next new functionality in Bob
At the launch of our groupwide HR platform Bob last year, we announced that additional functionality would be added over time. The next upcoming feature this summer is the integration of recruitment in Bob which will make the whole process more easy, user friendly and transparent for all stakeholders.
Candidates will experience a more user-friendly and professional recruitment approach, as the entire recruitment communication process will be standardized. This will also ensure candidates full compliance when it comes to data privacy – for example their resumes will be deleted when the recruitment process has been completed. Flawless For our HR teams and management the end-to-end recruitment process will be much more easy to manage. Bob project manager Cees van der Burg: “In our new recruitment system, vacancies will be stored in one place. From there, they can be directly published on our own career website and on external websites as well. The system will ensure that only actual vacancies are published. Resumes of candidates will be easy accessible for colleagues involved in the hiring process and a job interview can be simply planned thanks to the integration with Outlook. We also streamline our data management, so it’s no longer needed to enter data more than once. For example, once a candidate is hired, the available information will be pushed into our HR systems.
